Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Include all original packaging materials
  • Not show signs of use, wear, or damage beyond what existed at the time of sale
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

  4. Package the item securely using appropriate materials for fragile antiques

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged in transit or significantly misrepresented in our listing.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the unique nature of antiques, the following cannot be returned:

  • Items marked “as-is” or “final sale”
  • Custom or specially commissioned pieces
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Damaged or Misrepresented Items

If your item arrives damaged or differs significantly from our description, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange for return shipping at our expense and provide a full refund or replacement.
